Guest and Member of LEDi: Free
Others: €180 VAT included
The fees include conference materials, coffee breaks, lunches, cocktail and the gala dinner.

How to register:
Registration covers the 3 days of the conference. It is not possible to register for the days independently. For those who are exempt from registration fees (guest box): only the registration form has to be filled in and sent to ice@sciencesconf.org. If you are not exempt from registration fees, payment of registration fees must accompany all registrations. Payment must be done before the registration deadline. No registration will be confirmed until payment is received. Several payment methods are possible: - By bank check, payable to « Régisseur des UFR juridique et économique » - By bank transfer in the name of Régisseur des UFR juridique et économique. Find the détails of the account on the registration form - By credit card via the online platform: In english: https://ub.azur-colloque.fr/inscription/en/6/inscription - By purchase order (INSTITUTIONAL PAYMENT WITH INVOICE), at the address of université de Bourgogne – LEDi (a table must be completed on the registration form). No reimbursement is possible in case of cancellation. Whether you are exempt from registration fees or not and whatever the method of payment chosen, the registration form must be completed and transmetted to: ice@sciencesconf.org. |
